SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. These times may differ if your order is currently out of stock or if we are experiencing high ordering volumes. They might also vary at sales times or during times of unrest.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the following rates:
1-5 kg = R
5-10 kg = R

Free shipping on orders over R etc
LOCAL DELIVERY OR IN-STORE PICK UP
Free local delivery is available for orders over R2000 within the Howick Postal code area. For orders under R2000, we charge R50 for local delivery.
Deliveries are made between 08h00 and 09h00 and 16h30 and 17h30 Monday – Thursday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
You can skip the shipping fees with free in-store pick up. After placing your order and selecting in-store pick up, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2-3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 09h00-15h30 Monday to Sunday. Please have your order confirmation e-mail with you when you come.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at liesel@iuncapped.co.za with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 31 days after delivery, refunds, exchanges or credits will be granted or not granted upon evaluation of the item.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at liesel@iuncapped.co.za with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
