Thank you for your business. We trust you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange, store credit or full refund.

RETURNS
All returns must be done within 31 Days of the purchase date unless otherwise discussed with a Linen Loft Manager. All returned items must be in their original packaging with all tags and labels still attached where possible.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email liesel@iuncapped.co.za or call 0767924379 for customer service and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return item to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return to us.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 14 days form the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1 to 2 billing cycles to appear in your bank or on your card statement, depending on the bank you use. WE will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
Defective or damaged products will follow the same process and exchanged or refunded on arrival back at our store. Refund or exchanges, as well as refunds for shipping to get the item to us will then be discussed once the item has been evaluated.
